The change comes written for whoever ships it: code here, copy or steps for others.
Add it to To do and it lands on your developer’s list, waiting for the re-check.

Cards you don't need can be marked Not relevant. Shipped fixes move to the Archive after 30 days. Switch between Board and List views at the top. Filter by owner: everyone, unassigned, a role such as developer or content, or a named person.
Inside a fix
- Why this matters: the gap in plain language, with the evidence.
- What waiting costs: what keeps happening until it's fixed.
- How to fix it: the steps.
- Fix to paste: the exact code, schema or copy, ready to ship.
Use Copy fix to take the change, and Add to To do to put it on someone's list.
