# The fix board

Every gap fixvis finds becomes a card. The board has four columns, and the last one fills itself.

> The change comes written for whoever ships it: code here, copy or steps for others.

## The columns

| Column | What it holds | Who moves cards here |
|---|---|---|
| Found | New issues from the latest scan | fixvis |
| To do | Fixes you've accepted and assigned | You |
| In progress | Fixes being worked on or shipped | You |
| Verified | Fixes fixvis has seen live | fixvis only |

Cards you don't need can be marked *Not relevant*. Shipped fixes move to the Archive after 30 days. Switch between Board and List views at the top. Filter by owner: everyone, unassigned, a role such as developer or content, or a named person.

## Inside a fix

*Screenshot: A fix drawer: AI assistants can't easily quote your answers, with why it matters, what waiting costs, how to fix it and the code to paste. The fix drawer.*

- **Why this matters**: the gap in plain language, with the evidence.
- **What waiting costs**: what keeps happening until it's fixed.
- **How to fix it**: the steps.
- **Fix to paste**: the exact code, schema or copy, ready to ship.

Use *Copy fix* to take the change, and *Add to To do* to put it on someone's list.
