What exactly is a credit?
One credit is one action: a content draft, a fix pack, an extra scan beyond today's included one, or an on-demand outcome check (“Verify now” on a delivered fix). Daily monitoring scans are included on every paid plan and use no credits. Nothing is metered by page count.

One country + language pair — 🇺🇸 US · English, 🇦🇪 AE · Arabic, 🇩🇪 DE · German, and so on. The AI engines are queried as a user in that market would ask them. Free gets 1 primary market auto-detected; Starter 1, Growth 2, Pro 3, Enterprise up to 10. There is no fixed catalogue — markets are freely configurable.
How often is my site scanned?
We monitor daily on every paid plan — 30 scheduled scans per month, included at zero credits (daily/hourly on Enterprise). You can trigger extra scans beyond that; those cost 1 credit per market.
Do content drafts use my credits?
Yes — content isn't a separate allowance. Each AI-written content draft uses 1 credit from the same monthly pool, as does a fix pack.
Are any features locked to higher plans?
Not on a paid plan. Every capability — full audit, AEO, remediation board, competitor tracking, content engine, Google connectors and all four AI engines — is on Starter, Growth and Pro, including daily monitoring; they differ in capacity: credit-actions per month, prompt pool (shared total), domains, markets per site, and personas. The free audit is smaller by design: one audit of 25 pages with 10 AI prompts and 1 persona, your top 5 issues with full fixes, and example data where a paid plan adds more. MCP (Claude, ChatGPT, Codex) is available on Starter and above.
How many AI prompts do you track — and what if I need more?
Each plan includes one pool of tracked prompts, shared across all your sites and markets and re-checked with each daily scan — Starter 20, Growth 60, Pro 150. Need more? Move up a plan. Tracked prompts are the questions we re-check with each daily scan, on every paid plan, and are separate from the one-off prompts inside a single audit. When you reach your limit we flag it — upgrade anytime; we never auto-charge, and your existing prompts keep being monitored. We don't meter you per prompt.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
You can buy extra credits at $19 each, or move up a plan. Nothing stops working — you just top up.
Is there an annual discount?

Can sovereign deployment cover multiple markets?
Yes. Sovereign deployment runs up to 10 markets per site — same as Enterprise — all served from your in-region infrastructure.
