Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fixvis ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fixvis provides SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) reporting services, including technical SEO audits, content analysis, off-page analysis with AI citation mapping, and AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.

The Service is provided on a subscription basis with three tiers:

  • Starter: $79/month, includes ~500K tokens/month
  • Pro: $149/month, includes ~2.5M tokens/month
  • Custom: Starting at $499/month, for teams requiring additional capacity or features

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. 14-Day Trial

New users may start a 14-day trial with card required. During the trial, you receive full access to your selected tier's features.

Your card is authorized on Day 1 but not charged until Day 15, unless you cancel or choose to start your subscription early.

Trial auto-conversion: On Day 15, if you have not cancelled, your selected tier ($79 Starter / $149 Pro) will be charged automatically to your authorized card.

Early conversion: You may choose to start your subscription at any time during the trial. Your billing cycle begins on the day you convert, and your card is charged immediately. The 2 trial runs are on us — they do not count against your first month's token allocation.

Trial cancellation: You may cancel during the trial at any time. If you cancel during the trial, no charges will be made and your account will be downgraded at the end of the trial period.

5. Billing & Tokens

§6.1 Token-based billing: Fixvis uses tokens as the billing unit. Your monthly subscription includes a token allocation based on your tier. Tokens are consumed when you run audits and generate reports.

§6.2 Token overage: If you exceed your monthly token allocation, you may purchase additional tokens at the following rates:

  • +1M tokens: $10
  • +5M tokens: $40
  • +25M tokens: $150

§6.3 Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your billing date is set to the day you first subscribed (or the day you converted from trial). For monthly subscriptions, charges recur on the same date each month.

§6.4 Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is received.

§6.5 Price changes: We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, changes take effect at the next billing cycle after notification.

6. Cancellation

Trial cancellation: Cancel during your trial at any time via Settings → Billing. No charges will be made.

Paid cancellation: Cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

To cancel, go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

No refunds are provided for partial-month usage or unused tokens at the time of cancellation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to generate spam or scrape data without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fixvis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service, including improvements in search rankings or AI engine citations. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXVIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, INCURRED BY YOU OR THIRD PARTIES, WHETHER BASED ON A CLAIM IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER THEORY.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address and by posting the updated Terms on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
